"The facility have you seen on time, they’re very friendly, and Dr Tritt is very through with an excellent bed side manner. He answers all your questions."

"Easy to get in with last minuet appointment, great service, and friendly and helpful staff. I have been using their office for so many years, and highly recommend them."

"I’d been going to urgent care for an ear infection for awhile, and they wouldn’t listen to me when I told them what they were doing wasn’t working. Dr. Sachs and the staff managed to squeeze me in, and he was so nice and so understanding and I was finally able to get rid of this ear infection!"

"I 🥰 Atlanta ENT (the Dunwoody office). I've been going there for years and have only had one bad experience. The doctors are great: they take their time with you and get to know you. Plus, they're big on problem resolution-- and not just giving you a bunch of medicine to (temporarily) address your symptoms. I'd recommend them to ANYONE with sinus or allergy issues 😁."
~ Nicole B.
"I've been to another ENT office (not affiliated with this office) in ATL and Atlanta ENT, Sinus & Allergy Associates is hands down one of the best offices I've been to. I have to see a lot of Doctors in general and I have been so pleased with everyone at this location. Everyone is prompt, kind, professional, and most importantly caring. I saw Dr Gregg Robert Sachs and he truly cares and also has a sense of humor (nice plus there). My first visit they made sure to do what was best for me and not just rush to get me in and out, and made sure to communicate the whole process to me. This made me come back for my second visit, and again, I was very pleased with the whole staff and how everyone helped me. From someone who sees Doctors on the reg, I would definitely recommend this practice."

"DR.Sachs was very nice and the waiting area was very clean and all the staff was very nice but what was confusing was different dates for my surgery I had one date and he changed it and that was a bit Rush for I didn't have time to get myself together."

"I had my first appointment with Dr. Sachs— him and his MA Alex we’re wonderful!Personable, took the time to explain each step & really listen to my answers and history— the office staff at the front desk as well is also just SO awesome, personable & make it a great experience.Going to a doctors office and being met with a good experience & great staff really takes out all of the anxiety from the situation!"

"I highly recommend Dr. Tritt. I had a sore throat for 4 weeks and he diagnosed me, prescribed medicine and after 4 days, I feel 80% better. I had never been to an ENT before and was scared of the scope going down my nose and he gave me a pep talk and I was able to have that procedure."

"This is my second review - my first review was for nasal surgery back in 2016 with Dr. Rami Tritt. This month I underwent a Tonsillectomy with Dr. Gregg Sachs. My experience has been very positive. The front office staff and scheduler are all very professional and helped assist me with filing necessary FMLA forms for my employer. I had my surgery at Atlanta Outpatient Surgery Center on 3/4/2021. The overall experience has been very positive and I am looking forward to my follow up appointment in a few weeks. The office is is clean comfortable and nice. The building has easy parking and it is just and overall good experience."

"Dr. Sachs is skilled and personable, and I am very pleased with my care. The front desk staff were maximally friendly, and the entire process for my exam was both efficient and understandable. A+."

"I visited Dr. Sachs. He was so nice and amazing. So was the medical assistant (the one with the tattoos - I wish I remembered his name but my anxiety was out full force when he said it).Dr. Sachs was very personable and listened to all of my concerns about what was going on. He even gave me a bit of education on how I could possibly prevent some of my current ailments. The facility was clean, with enough space for me and the other three people there to space out and social distance. I was also asked to wear a mask in my confirmation text, which I appreciated for safety.I would give this place 5 stars but unfortunately two different times two different people working there were not wearing masks. One of them had to walk past me and the medical assistant as we were walking to my exam room (hence my anxiety roaring full force when the amazing med assistant told me his name) and the other was in checkout - a guy was sitting next to that same lady that had walked past me earlier (she was now wearing a mask) and he wasn't wearing a mask. I waited at another checkout terminal, hoping she would come over there and understand why I did not want to be near her un-masked coworker, but instead she asked me to come near her and the other guy. I should have said something but I was so ready to go I didn't want to cause trouble.I loved the facility, but with a pandemic going on I would really like to go to a medical facility where every single person working there takes precautions seriously."
