"I was visiting friends in Loudon and realize that I forgot my hearing aids charger, so panic started to take over. After I thought through options I called Bridgewater Balance and hearing in Knoxville and explained my issue and they welcomed me to come in and they would charge them and of course I was moved by their kindness. The problem was I would be visiting several days, so then they offered to let me use a charger and just return it when I left . I was blown away by such an incredible offer and of course took them up on it. This office is superior in customer service and human kindness. I can't Thank these people enough! My hearing aids are only 10 months old or I would have purchased new from them."

"They are amazing! I have two young ones that are autistic and afraid of everything, especially any type of doctor. The doctors here made my girls feel at ease. They talked my oldest through the entire process. We made it through the whole appointment without one meltdown from either child. Very different from our first experience at a different place of buisness. No one at Bridgewater smarted off about my youngest being too loud and no one smarted off or yelled at my oldest. This momma is very thankful for the kind and patient woman at Bridgewater."

"The audiologist was great. Really friendly and answered all of my questions. She made sure I understood what was going on with my ears. I love the fact that I was able to try out some hearing aids and see what it was like. I also like that she didn't try to upsell me. I got exactly what I wanted at a good price. I also got a nice goodie bag with some filters batteries and some cups. Overall a great experience."

"I am enjoying better hearing, which has improved my quality of life.My audiologist, Dr. Tabitha Rossini at Bridgewater Balance and Hearing in Knoxville, TN, really knows her stuff. From my first visit to every subsequent one, Dr. Rossini has provided exceptional care, taking steps to ensure I am experiencing the best hearing possible. I highly recommend you make an appointment to see her if you are looking for an audiologist who is attentive to needs and endeavors to ensure patient satisfaction.I have moderate to severe hearing loss above 2000 Hz. Consequently, hearing in noisy environments is a challenge, and listening to music from my audio system was no longer enjoyable. Dr. Rossini fitted me with Phonak Marvel R90 hearing aids with cShell custom molds.Recently, Dr. Rossini recommended that I try the Phonak Roger Select iN (RS). She based her recommendation on a personal evaluation of the RS, and an appreciation of my needs. My work entails lots of meetings via computer video, phone, and challenging environments like noisy restaurants and large conference rooms. Dr. Rossini was right, and now I own the RS and prefer never to be without it. With RS, I do not have to work as hard to hear during video meetings or watching TV. What I didn't anticipate was how much RS would restore my enjoyment in listening to music. Most advertisements about RS focus on improved hearing in noisy environments; however, RS also improves hearing when listening to music. There are two options in using RS to enhance your music listening experience:Option 1 (recommended): Connect the RCA output of your preamp/receiver to the audio input of the RS docking station. You will need a cable that has left and right plugs on one end and a 3.5 mm plug for the docking station on the other end. Once connected, start your music. You will hear the music picked up by the hearing aids directly from the audio loudspeakers, as well as what RS is transmitting. The two signals are totally in sync with no latency. Now using the myPhonak App, adjust the mic/surrounding balance toward the left (surrounding) end of the range until the RS signal is not distinctly heard. For me, this is usually about halfway in the surrounding range. When the balance is right, you don't hear the RS unless you go to an adjacent room, and there it is heard, subtly adding its part to the experience. RS subtly adds those mid- and high frequencies I otherwise would not hear, resulting in more transparency, immediacy, air, and enjoyment. The combination of what the hearing aids pick up directly from the audio loudspeakers PLUS the signal transmitted by RS leads to a fuller, more extended, and vibrant sound (at least for me). I can hear the mid- and high frequencies better with RS. The music is more transparent and without distortion. Hearing aids alone cannot accomplish the same level of sound quality.Option 2: Use the RS microphones (instead of an audio cable) to transmit sound heard from the audio system, making the same adjustments mentioned in Option 1. While this will also result in a fuller, more vibrant sound, there may also be some distortion, probably due to the way RS processes some pure tones in music as noise. Activating only 1 or 2 of the RS microphones reduces the amount of noise processing and distortion. With either option, you need to adjust the balance so that the RS signal is not heard as a distinct, separate sound from what is heard directly from sound system loudspeakers. When the two signals integrate, you will only hear the music from the audio speakers in your room. The RS signal is a subtle but unmistakable filler.Once you start listening to your sound system with RS, you likely will not want to have it any other way, whether listening to an audio system, the TV, surround sound movies, or the car radio. Those who want to step up their music listening enjoyment should try a Roger Select.Happy Hearing!!"

"I have been wearing hearing aids for several years. I was told just a few years ago that I had to have a mold for my left ear because of surgery I had. Well Dr. Sally said that was no problem that she could fit me with a regular tip just like I have in my normal ear. I am so thankful that she did this for me. It is so much more comfortable and better in every way. Also, she cleaned out my bad ear that had a bunch of crud in it without charging me any extra. Last time I paid an ENT doctor 450.00 to do the same thing. I love my new hearing aids from Dr. Sally! I highly recommend Dr Sally - owner of Bridgewater Balance and Hearing!!"

"I have been a client here for over 5 years. I have moderate to severe hearing loss in both ears. I struggled for years with poorly fitted aids that didn't even begin to address the needs of a young (at that time ) working adult. Then I found Bridgewater (thank goodness!) Dr. Sally Baerman helped me tremendously by taking the time to establish my needs and get me fitted with the right instruments and programs. It was as if a whole new world opened up to me! I am forever thankful for the superior service, kindness, and generosity that was (and still is) shown to me. I highly, highly recommend this group for anyone who is personally struggling with hearing loss or has a loved one with hearing loss!"

"I was amazed at the tender love and care shown to my sweet son, Garrett. He was spoken to at such a level he could understand about his hearing aids and hearing loss. I must admit, I was afraid and worried, as a Mom, but they helped me understand throughout the entire process. It's one thing to like and place for your childs hearing needs but it's another to trust them. I trust Bridgewater! A special hanks to Sally Baerman ! We also loved the chocolates."

"Dr, Tabitha Rossini is the very best audiologist that I have ever worked with. I have had hearing aids for 14 years and have worked with a few different people. Dr. Rossini, listens to what you tell her and works earnestly to provide the very best product for you. One advantage is that Bridgewater Balance and Hearing carries all lines of Hearing Aids, so no one is trying to sell you a certain brand or model. Dr. Rossini told me that I would need to wait a few months until the right product for me was available. I now have in the ear, bluetooth aids that are controlled by my cell phone. We have had a few appointments to tweak them and get them to fit my specific needs. She even added an additional channel for me. It is a pleasure to work with Tabitha and you will find that to be so also."

"Today was my first visit for screening for hearing aids. All the staff (including the intern) were very professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Micayla did a through evaluation and at the end told me that at this point I don’t really need hearing aids. Most other places would have gladly sold me one just for coming in. This practice is definitely a 5 Star clinic!"

"I had my first experience with Bridgewater recently. I was introduced to Dr. Lydia Dudney who was super nice, extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. I could not be happier! I went to Bridgewater through the VA. This is the first time since I have been wearing hearing aids that I feel like they help me. I thank Dr. Dudney for that. Everyone I met at Bridgewater was very friendly."

"Dr. Sally Baerman and her audiologist staff are wonderful! I have been coming here for 20 years and I love the positive atmosphere and camaraderie of their business. Sally helped me make the transition to becoming a bilateral cochlear implant recipient last year and I’m so THANKFUL for her and audiologist Morgan Stansberry’s guidance! And I love the birthday wishes they send out every year to my mailbox. : )"

"Every time I come in, I am greeted by name, and an upbeat attitude; it's fun to talk to them. My audiologist, Tabitha,is friendly, professional--and has ably helped me with my hearing difficulties; choosing hearings aids that more than met my needs, allowing me to stay in the work force longer. Now I can also hear my church services almost completely, instead of hit and miss."

"Update to previous review - I have updated my review to 5 stars. There was a miscommunication between myself and the receptionist regarding charges. We have resolved the issue. I appreciate the care and concern shown by Dr. Sally for her patients. I have since visited Bridgewater hearing and I’m still impressed by the congeniality and caring staff. Thank you, Dr. Sally! 3 Star review: I went this facility to have my Siemens hearing aids adjusted. I told the person setting my appointment that these were Siemens hearing aids and asked if they serviced them. I was told that it was not a problem and she would make sure that whoever saw me would have everything they needed for the Siemens hearing aids. Two interns assisted, they did another hearing test although I’d had 2 years before. No problem when they told me that the hearing test was $50. They had to find the Siemens parts, this took about 20-30 minutes. Then I receive the bill - $186. This was after a $220 insurance payment. I called and asked about all of the charges and was told that each test they performed in the booth was a different cost. I would have liked to have been informed of this at the onset instead of them telling me that the test was only $50. The employees were nice, I really should’ve been informed of all of the charges in the beginning. "

"I had my first appointment a couple of weeks ago regarding my hearing loss. My appointment was with Dr. Tabitha Rossinni. She was a great commuicator from the start. After my evaluation she spent a lot of time with me explaining what the evaluation did show and that I indeed need consider hearing aids. She gave me a pair to try out taking great pains in expaining how to use them, batteries, sound volume, phone app, etc. When somebody gives great service, excellent communicator and listener as well; I always want to acknowledge them. From the time walking in the receptionist was so friendly and that is always important. I just wanted to say that Dr. Rossini knows her craft and knows how to deal with clients. You could not ask for a better experience with such a professional staff. Many thanks. I am evaluating my aids at this point and hearing so much better and the tinnitus which has been a constant problem is being helped with the aids. Many thanks Dr. Rossini and Bridgewater."

"If you want a thorough compassionate considerate hearing exam look no further. From setting up the appointments, to the exam and all the way through acquiring hearing aids, Dr Sally and her staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr Sally preformed most thorough exam, with details other doctors never went over and others didn't do/cover. The entire family from infant hearing checks, routine hearing exams and even in our family- special hearing cases - Dr Sally can do it all."
