The ability to communicate is essential to achieve and maintain independence. In this age of information technology, the ability to communicate effectively is even more important. When communication is impaired, it affects every aspect of a person's life.
Our main objective at North Alabama Audiology is to serve the hearing needs in the surrounding areas and to provide quality care in a professional but relaxed private setting.

Charles has been practicing audiology since 1973. "Mr. Charles Taylor, Audiologist, has guided me thru at least 4-5 sets of hearing aids in ~30 years. He and his office staff have always been helpful, kind, timely, and professional. Mr. Taylor seems to keep up with the latest trends and hearing aid technology. He will clean all hearing aids, tubes, ear molds, microphone screens and filters. All hearing aids need, capital letters 'need', to be checked at least yearly. It's surprising how much dust, debris plug up sound, and decrease the effectiveness of a hearing aid. He often has hearing aid battery sales, and these batteries last much longer than a local pharmacy battery! Totally worth adding yourself to their mail list for those announcements."
