"Dr. Fligor helped me with custom earpieces for Etymoic headphones. They are so awesome. I listened to a song that I love because it’s packed through with instruments and tons of music. I’ve listened to it 100++ times with headphones but it’s a whole new ballgame with these. You can pick out every sound. So cool thanks."

"For any musicians concerned about noise induced hearing loss, I highly, highly recommend consulting with Brian Fligor. He is an expert at making sure musicians' hearing is staying safe and has a passion for helping musicians too! He helped me with an in depth risk assessment about a concert I was concerned about and made sure I was approaching it in a safe way, with exposure time and appropriate hearing protection - I was so grateful for his expertise and extensive thoughtfulness in this area, which you would not find with your average audiologist. (I drove from Vermont to Boston to see him and I was not disappointed, it was worth every penny.)In addition, he also gave me assurance and help in reorienting my attitude toward tinnitus, which I was struggling with. Needless to say, the show went great and my symptoms of NIHL and tinnitus didn't get any worse. Please don't hesitate to consult with Brian if you are a musician and want to make sure you are protecting your ears!"

"Thank you all so much for your help this morning. Your willingness to respond so quickly to help me get through a challenging time is deeply appreciated and speaks to your commitment to your clients. Time and time again you earn my loyalty and respect. The only way I can say thanks is referring my friends (which I do) and planning to buy my next pair of hearing aids from you, which I will. I conducted an extensive house search last night and it didn't turn up--it was so distressing. But I did find it--it fell out in a funny place. I'm very glad that I found it! "

"I was delighted by how comfortable and fast the Lantos ear canal scan was. This is definitely the best way to get fitted for hearing aids and ear plugs. Professional and friendly staff. Very access to this office from Park Street station or by parking under Boston Common"

"My experience with T & B has been nothing short of excellent. I came with a significant noise induced tinnitus trauma that proved to be one of the most challenging obstacles I have had to face. Luckily, I met Dr. Brian Fligor who worked with me and successfully helped save me from my destructive relationship with tinnitus. He had answers that my previous hearing specialists did not. Ultimately, Dr. Fligor helped me regain my life in many ways that I will never truly be able to thank him enough for. The empathy, patience, thoroughness, and combined expertise are something that I have never experienced to such degree in any other health care setting. Because of my experience, I can fully and confidently stand behind T & B in what they represent and do for their patients. I strongly recommend T & B for anyone struggling with hearing related complications!!!"

"I have been involved with T&B for as long as I can remember. First, my brother's aids were from T&B with the original owners. Personally, I've worked here 3 times now. You will not find better care and support with any hearing loss or ear mold monitors."

"On Cabot Street in Beverly, whether you're a Beverly local or frequent patron of Atomic, there is a rather nondescript building you may have passed dozens of times and thought, what the heck is in there? Inside, the frozen-in-time, 70s interior styling houses several great businesses, with one particular gem.My 82 year old father recently moved to Beverly and identifying an audiologist was one of the many to-dos. I can't say enough how lucky we are to have walked in, and met Dr. Capozzi. Dr. Capozzi helped my (usually anxious) father feel at ease, patiently listened to my Dad, and quickly identified the solutions for his needs.Beyond helping him in person, Dr. C. has also responded promptly to questions via email and continued to make helpful recommendations to keep my Dad's older generation hearing aids tuned up and running well.If you have hearing / audio / device needs, I recommend visiting HHA, Dr. Capozzi, and Stephanie, as they are great at what they do, and fairly priced.Note: the office is subterranean, but the rear entrance is ground-level, with convenient spots just outside the door, steps away from the office."

"Wonderful visit & experience. I met with Dr. Cara Capozzi, having concerns about my hearing & not knowing what was wrong, she took the time to gather some history & explaining the reasons for my concerns. I entered worried & concerned & last fully educated with all the answers. A great experience & finally answers, a wonderful staff & I know they're just a phone call away."
