"While visiting from Florida, my husbands hearing aid broke. We were in a panic and called Watertown hearing aid center. It needed to be mailed out and all went well. Everyone was very helpful and so friendly. This is a great business and they treat customers like friends. Being able to hear his grandkids means everything!!! Thanks. Joe and Terri Doherty"

"He's a very clear speaker. One of the things that was very impressive was that he knows the patients well, in the sense that he doesn't know her personally, but he knows their antics. The patient is 91 years old and she was faking a lot of the stuff she heard. He held up a piece of paper and asked her questions, what did I say kind of thing. She came out with 40%, she was lip reading before that. The ear pieces weren't functioning well, at least not to the standard they should be. I thought that was pretty impressive. That was a pretty sharp move. "
