The Secure 4-Year Warranty coverage begins on the date your hearing aids are delivered to you and lasts for four years.
Contact your provider to make a claim. As long as your devices are within the four-year warranty period, your provider can clean and adjust your devices and/or send them back to the manufacturer for a repair.
